Electric vehicle ride sharing platform configuration and support
Led the configuration, deployment and maintenance/administration of several white label electric vehicle ride sharing solutions and their interfaces; GSM network provider service integration, management and administration for new and replacement electric vehicle assets.
Multi-Service management platform
Design, development, deployment and support of a three tier service management platform integrating with several white label IoT ride sharing systems via API's (Swagger, MDS & GBFS) - including front end web interface (Presentation manager and Environment manager) and backend services to automate, manage and report mission critical metrics on customer, vehicle asset and financials. Servicing SMS, e-Mail and dashboard metric and alert conveyance.

Virtual Language Specification Environment (evTalk)
Design, development. deployment and support of structured prompt management authoring platform for accelerating and reducing ambiguity in multi-language code production, interfacing to several LLM's to produce source code integrations for service production.

2018 - 2020 Application maintenance & code base migration.
Since 2003, Microsoft Visual Studio has been the main development platform for all Windows Desktop software titles developed - starting with Professional Edition 2002, then Visual Studio 2008 and now Visual Studio 2022.
All in all, eight software titles for Windows Desktop have had their source code migrated to Visual Studio 2022 in order to continue support for the latest Windows OS 64 bit environments.
2017 Retail SaaS Labelling Solution
2017 sees the completion of a full on-line retail shelf label management service utilising the latest in MS-Windows Application hosting on the cloud. This year long project involved harnessing the functionality of a previous desktop application into a form usable on smart phones and tablets as well as PC's and laptops.
2016 Application License Management Framework
64 bit Windows support is added for an already existing application license management framework, Regattare, with improved client messaging capability and application instance control.
2015 Proprietary Reporting Software Updates
Improvements are made to ReportTasks reporting module to include features such as multi-page preview and improved reporting speed for the 64 bit Windows environment
2014 Restricted Document Publishing & Management Suite
A restricted document publication and management application suite is developed to enable clients to wrap their important documents in a secure and encrypted presentation platform for MS-Windows offering restrictions in copying, beyond time span use, printing and clipboard activities.
2013 - 2016 Computer Aided Story Telling (CAST)
A three year undertaking to design and develop (part-time) a story telling application which is targeted at all mobile platforms and has real time interactive features and enables links to author and other story related resources.
2010 - 2011 Patient record management system support & development
Provision of support and bespoke alterations for patient record and detail management system deployed in blood disorders clinic; development of middleware Interface for main facility patient record and detail management system to third party patient treatment administration system via SOAP/XML.

Retail label design and management solution for Windows - Main improvement and features : Improved usability of label printing features with Xml driven data sources along with database import and export features. Label layout design interface with point click, drag and drop object methodologies.

Text readability analysis software - Main features : Reads in RTF, HTML, XML or TXT document and analysis content for readability stats (sentences, gunning fog index, lexical analysis etc.); Accurately obtains graded reading age for material in these document formats.

GMS Support and project development
General 1st and 2nd level technical support of web based localization management platform with multiple blue chip customers and large groups of language translators - provision of training documentation, feature improvement design and specification authoring.
TMX Resource splitter
Design and development for TMX (Translation Memory) file splitter for production support - Validates & Splits TMX 1.4b translation memory file into manageable parts for GMS to import.
Tag insertion & extraction utility
Takes list of localizable terms from Excel document and searches all files in a project for a locale and replaces occurrences of these terms with system generated tags, then once the Excel document has been localized, inserts the localized terms into the documents in question replacing the system generated tags with the localized terms. Deals with C, C++, XML, HTML and TXT format files
Mass find and replace utility
Searches any document for list of patterns and replaces that list with respective content on the opposing pattern list.
SLA Database Management
Stores information about project progress and pulls off reports giving project timelines, costs and forecasts / performance. Project formed basis of prototype for Business Intelligence module which was developed for localization GMS.

2006 Network object governance software
Allows administrator to create schedules for checking folders, network drives and individual files at any accessible location for property changes and last user access - raises alerts if any of the scheduled objects falls outside the set parameters .
2005 SSCC Pallet Label Management Software (Palletstar)
Design and development of SSCC compliant pallet label management software for Windows. The application produced pallet labels for tracking & traceability standards to be adhered to - dry goods and food shipping industry. Serial Shipping Container Code compliant labels could be printed using Zebra family of printers under the ZPL protocol.
2004 Shelf Talker Management for Wholesale / Cash & Carry
Manages information about warehouse stock and imports data from 3rd party stock management system - produces various styles of barcoded labels (Shelf Talkers) - Project is variant of already existing LabelTasks software product.

Manages information about retail stock and imports / exports data from and to 3rd party stock management systems - prints various styles styles of barcoded and unit priced shelf labels - supports wide range of printing devices.

Collated, assessed and verified group testing logs for the software production team.
Performed structured testing which lead to fault finding with database record locks/conflicts in Novell b-trieve and, enabled the production team to execute a smooth and flawless deployment on their client's site.
